Season 9

Tyler’s piece is interesting both in terms of reminding me of stories I need to rewatch (a very long list now) and also a lesson context. The Sea Devils is the prime example. It may have flaws but in my memory it’s a wonderful story. If you look at the comments on the article, I mention frequent trips across the Solent between the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth, and seeing the Napoleonic Forts. It’s even been turned into a hotel!. I’m naturally biased towards this story and the location.

As to the other stories, I think Peladon is a great planet, and Curse of Peladon was a joy to watch. I’m less keen on Day of the Daleks and need to rewatch The Mutants. I also don’t remember much about The Time Monster. More DVDs to add to the list!
