Big Finish Twelfth Doctor Licence confirmed!
Thanks to Ian McArdell for pointing out that (and thanks to others) NicK Briggs has already confirmed the Twelfth Doctor license for Big Finish! It makes yesterday’s post a bit redundant, but still, good news!
What if the Big Finish licence were extended?
So, one possibility not oft discussed, is Big Finish having the scope of their new series Doctor Who licence extended. As the FAQ page says, the licence only covers up until Matt Smith left the show. While the Eleventh Doctor‘s era still had plenty to explore, I believe Jodie Whittaker’s imminent arrival means the Twelfth Doctor‘s era could well…

Big Finish Day 2018
It’s being reported (but not [yet] by Big Finish) that Big Finish Day 2018 will be in Derby on November 3rd. It is being held in conjunction with the Derby fan group The Whoovers, and will be held at the Quad. No details on price or guests. I’ll keep you posted and see you there.
