Another reveal from the latest Big Finish podcast was the fact their extended licence doesn’t cover the Paternoster Gang. This is a surprise to many fans, and more so given Strax has already appeared with Jago & Litefoot.

Both Catrin Stewart (Jenny Flint) and Neve McIntosh (Mme Vastra) have appeared in Big Finish (Torchwood: one Rule [with Dan Starkey] and Survivors 5 respectively), fuelling a lot of speculation they must also have recorded some Paternoster Gang stories. Nick Briggs did confirm a lot of interest in producing these — maybe this means they may yet get a TV spin-off?
