Apologies if this is old news (as it will be to many) but there are a lot of fanzines out there and some of them are very good. One of the good ones is Whotopia a Canadian fanzine now in its tenth year and is available for free. It is (December 2013) on its 26^th issue and all issues are available to download in PDF format for free. The current issue focusses on the recent return of the two Troughton stories – Enemy of the World and Web of Fear.
