
Here’s a scary thought — next year it will be 50 years since Doctor Who and the Daemons was broadcast. I don’t remember being the boy who watched it very well, but I remember The Daemons. To be fair I have seen it a few times, and even after a critical rewatch of Liz Shaw’s only season, The Daemons is still my favourite Third Doctor Adventure. I was most pleased to find out (and get a ticket for) A Weekend at Devil’s End.
Back to Aldbourne
Running over June 19 – 20, 2021, A Weekend at Devil’s End is hosted by Who’s at the Playhouse and tickets are still available for Sunday at the time of writing. On a sunny day Aldbourne looks magnificent, so fingers crossed for next year.

After the sell-out success of An Afternoon At Devil’s End in 2019, we are delighted to be returning to Aldbourne for A WEEKEND AT DEVIL’S END in 2021 – celebrating 50 years of The Daemons!RICHARD FRANKLIN (Captain Mike Yates), FRAZER HINES (Jamie McCrimmon) and WENDY PADBURY (Zoe Heriot) are our first confirmed guests, in Aldbourne to celebrate The Daemons and the very best of Doctor Who.
Richard will be with us on both days and Frazer & Wendy on the Saturday, with more guests to be announced soon!With a filming location tour, interviews, autographs, an on-location photo studio, meet and greet opportunities and more, this is bound to be a sell-out weekend.
Doors open at 10.30am and each day will run from 11am to 6pm.
Tickets are £31.00 each per day (including a £1.00 booking fee), with a combined ticket for both days available at £57.00.
