A few weeks ago there were several posts showing Maisie Williams as a highway robber (see picture) from the set of the next Twelfth Doctor series. At the time we had no real view as to how significant her character might be, now we have a rumour. Is she a young version of Clara?

I am not sure about this – Clara’s life has been complex enough (all of them) but it is certainly creative. This is neither confirmed or denied in this interview with Maisie from the Express newspaper site: ‘She could be good or bad’ Maisie Williams remains coy on Doctor Who guest appearance.

Thoughts welcome – I’m not convinced.
