A quick look at the latest DWM (#473) reveals many interesting things including a BBC Books release for a new novel by George Mann (his blog is here – some items of interest but not many posts and none on this topic). If you’re unfamiliar with the name he did write a Big Finish Companion Chronicle — The Pyralis Effect and a Jago & Litefoot story — Military Intelligence.

Why is this interesting?

It’s nice to know what the BBC are releasing in their main focus but for me the news is that this is a War Doctor story and so must give some detail of the Time War which means it is definitely of interest. If you want to pre-order it is worth shopping around as The Guardian have it cheaper than Amazon (at the time of writing). The book should be released on July 31 2014.
