Over on the Radio Times website (here to be precise) the Twelfth Doctor should be announced in August. Buried away lower down is the story that ‘according to sources’ one of the classic Doctors will be involved in the 50th anniversary. Surely this will be the rumoured McGann -> Hurt regeneration but it has been pointed out to me (thanks Mr P) that it could be Tom Baker who was not in Australia with the others when the anniversary was filmed.
