Lots of reports today on the news of the animation of The Faceless Ones, one of many part-missing Doctor Who adventures for the Second Doctor. Among other things it’s the final outing for Ben and Polly as companions.

Most outlets are also linking to the YouTube clip (Teaser Clip for The Faceless Ones) but hats off to Digital Spy for an interview with animation producer / director Charles Norton explaining why not every story can be animated economically.
