Even more June Madness!

If you’ve recovered from the DWM #448 sale (still running), picked up The Many Deaths of Jo Grant and the astronomically well-timed Transit of Venus (the latter still available and both covered here) the chance to spend more money this month still continues as over the coming weeks. There is a wide range of titles to pick from though I suspect I will be focussing on beefing up my burgeoning Companion Chronicles Collection.

Without further fuss, the list (from Vortex ) is:

  • June 16 & 17: Jago & Litefoot. Series 1 for £20 and The Mahogany Murders (CC 3.11)
  • June 18 & 19: The Celestial Toymaker Stories  The Magic Moustrap for £10Solitaire for £5 (CC 4.12) and Lost Stories The Nightmare Fair for £10
  • June 20 & 21: the Sara Kingdom Trilogy: Home Truths (CC 3.5), The Drowned World (CC 4.1) and The Guardian of the Solar System (CC 5.1) three for £15
  • June 22 & 23: Stargate Season 1 £5 each or six for £25
  • June 24 & 25: Sherlock Holmes Season 1 £5 each or 4 for £15
  • June 26 & 27: Doctor Who: Short Trips 4 volumes for £20 or £7.50 each
  • June 28 & 29: Drama Showcase £5 each or 4 for £15.

I plan on all the CCs and stand-out for me are the Sara Kingdom trilogy though Solitaire is frequently cited as being excellent.
